Both turn Google reviews into social posts. They disagree about the last step. SocialReview.io publishes to Instagram and Facebook for you. Prizz sends the finished post to your phone and waits for you to say yes.
| Prizz | SocialReview.io | |
|---|---|---|
| The last step | Notification, you tap share | Published for you, on a rule you set |
| Photo backgrounds | Stock library plus your own uploads | Not among its listed features |
| Alert when a review lands | Push to your phone, post already made | No |
| Not the focus, Prizz is built for Instagram | Yes, alongside Instagram | |
| Configurator | 4 layouts, 4 fonts, full colour control | Ready-made templates, or build your own |
| Free tier | 3 posts a month, every feature, nothing stamped on it | Free plan, carrying their branding |
| Paid | $15/month, unlimited posts | $25/month, which removes the branding |
Where Prizz is stronger
What the post looks like. A photograph behind the review, darkened for legibility, in your colours and your type. SocialReview builds from templates and does not list photo backgrounds among its features. On a feed made of photographs, that is the difference between a post and a notice.
You hear about the review. Prizz pushes a notification the moment a five-star review lands, with the graphic already made. SocialReview does not notify you at all, and with publishing on autopilot the first you may know of a post is seeing it on your own profile.
Price. $15 a month against $25, and the gap is wider than it looks: Prizz’s free tier carries no branding, theirs does. Removing their branding is the reason to pay them.
Where SocialReview is stronger
It publishes without you. Set a minimum rating and a frequency and posts go out on their own. If what you want is for this to happen while you are working, that is exactly what they built and Prizz deliberately does not do it.
Facebook too. One tool covering both platforms. Prizz is Instagram only, and pushing to Facebook means sharing the image there yourself.
Build your own template. They let you compose a layout from scratch. Prizz gives you four layouts and full control of colour, type, photo and logo inside them. If you want an element three pixels to the left, they let you and Prizz does not.
The bottom line
The question is whether you want to see the post before your customers do. If yes, Prizz is faster than it sounds, about ten seconds from the buzz in your pocket, and the output is better looking. If you would rather never think about it, SocialReview will run it for you, and the branding on the free plan is what the $25 buys off.
