A Google review link is a short URL that opens the Google review form for a specific business. When a customer clicks it, they skip searching for your business and navigating to the review section. They land directly on the star rating and text box.
You get your review link from your Google Business Profile. In Google Maps, find your business, click “Get more reviews,” and copy the link. It is short, begins with g.page, and ends in /review. The characters in the middle identify your business, so nobody else has the same one.
Businesses put this link on receipts, QR codes at the register, in follow-up text messages, and in email signatures. The fewer steps between a customer wanting to leave a review and the actual review form, the more reviews you collect.
